  • Review result: Review the results when the edit finished.

Example Scenario:

Sale for multiple collections

Top Level Group (And condition):

  • Group 1 (Any condition):
    • Condition 1: Collection is Suite
    • Condition 2: Collection is Dress

This structure will filter all products that belong in collection Dress, Suite, there are 16 cloth in Dress and 18 cloths in Suite, the total products is 34.

Edit for products in multiple collections in the same time

Top Level Group (And condition):

  • Group 1 (All condition):
    • Condition 1: Collection is Suite
    • Condition 2: Collection is Dress

This structure will filter all products that belong in collection Dress and in collection Suite in the same time.

Let's say you want to filter products for a sale:

  • Top Level Group (Any condition):

    • Group 1 (All conditions):
      • Condition 1: Product type is "Clothing"
      • Condition 2: Collection is Dress
    • Group 2 (All conditions):
      • Sub-group 1 (Any condition):
        • Condition 1: Product tag is "Sale"
        • Condition 2: Product tag is "Discount"

This structure will filter products that belong to the Clothing category and are in collection Dress OR products have either the "Sale" or "Discount" tag.

If you want to edit filter products that belong to the Clothing category and are in collection Dress AND products have either the "Sale" or "Discount" tag. Just change the top level group to All conditions.

The Group Filter feature in Astra Bulk Product Editor simplifies complex product filtering for efficient bulk editing, providing you with precise control over your product selections.
